REGOLAMENTO
E’ richiesto un concorso spesa di € 8,00 per ripetizione ricette, di € 15,00 per visita ambulatoriale e di € 25,00 per visita domiciliare. Sarà rilasciata ricevuta dell’importo pagato. Non è previsto alcun rimborso. Sono escluse dal pagamento le prestazioni di primo soccorso, quelle a favore di stranieri in possesso della documentazione prevista ed il primo intervento in caso di infortunio sul lavoro.

REGULATIONS:
You are charged a reimbursement of € 8,00 for each prescription, € 15,00 for visits of the ambulance and € 25,00 for home visits. You will get a receipt of your payment. There is no refund possible.
You don’t have to pay for First-Aid services if you have a sickness certificate with you and if you are a local involved into a industrial injury.

BESTIMMUNGEN:
Es wird ein Kostenersatz von € 8,00 pro Rezeptausstellung, € 15,00 für eine Ambulanzbesuch und € 25,00 für einen Hausbesuch verlangt.
Sie erhalten eine Quittung für den von ihnen bezahlten Betrag. Es ist keine Erstattung vorgesehen.
Von der Zahlung ausgeschlossen ist die Erste-Hilfe Leistung für Ausländer, die im Besitz eines Urlaubskrankenscheines sind und für ansässige Buerger im Fall eines Arbeitsanfalles.
